胃癌细胞与外周血淋巴细胞体外FLAM方案药敏实验的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:采用MTT法对胃癌患者的癌细胞及外周血淋巴细胞进行抗癌药的体外药敏实验,找出两者之间的相关性,探求指导非手术胃癌患者化疗用药个体化的新途径。方法:在采集手术标本时抽取该患者外周血,分别用LFAM方案的用药(四氢叶酸钙,5-氟尿嘧啶,阿霉素,丝裂霉素)进行体外实验,MTT法检测36例胃癌组织细胞及其外周血淋巴细胞的抑制率,利用SPSS10.0软件计算两者之间的相关性。结果:36例胃癌患者的新鲜癌组织细胞与外周血淋巴细胞的抑制率有很好的相关性。结论:对失去手术机会或病灶很小不能取材的胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞可代替癌细胞做MTT体外药敏检测。Objective：To evaluate whether or not the chemosensitivity test of peripheral blood lymphocytes could take place the tumor cells chemosensitivity test in vitro to guide clinical chemotherapy. Methods：The chemosensitivity of the peripheral blood lymphocytes and tumor cells to clinical routine chemotheraputic agent in LFAM regimen was tested in 36 cases of gastric cancer by using MTT method. Results：The peripheral blood lymphocyte and the tumor cells were sig- nificant positive correction to chemotherapeutic drugs between LFAM and HDLF regimen .Conclution：The chemosensitivity test of the peripheral blood lymphocyte may take place of the test of tumor cells for reference to choosing chemotherapeutic drugs in clinical practice.
