健脾化湿活血解毒法配合介入治疗原发性肝癌40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾化湿、活血解毒法配合介入治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组20例,采用介入治疗;治疗组40例,在介入治疗的基础上同时服用健脾化湿、活血解毒中药(处方:太子参、白术、山药、茵陈、薏苡仁、莪术、石打穿、半枝莲)。1月为1疗程,连续2疗程后观察2组近期疗效、临床症状缓解情况及不良反应。结果:在近期疗效方面,2组有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05),但2组稳定率比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);临床症状改善率治疗组为90%,对照组为70%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);不良反应发生率方面,治疗组明显低于对照组。结论:健脾化湿、活血解毒法配合介入治疗原发性肝癌,可改善病情,延长疾病进展时间,缓解临床症状,改善生活质量,并减轻介入治疗的不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM formula for Jianpi Huashi Huoxue Jiedu(FJHHJ)associated with interventional therapy(IT)for primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods:60 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly.The control group(20 cases)was treated by IT alone,and the tratment group(40 cases) added with FJHHJ(composed of Radix Psudostellariae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macro- cephalae,Rhizoma Diascoreae,Herba Artemisiae Scopariae,Semen Coicis,Rhizoma Curcumae,Herba Salviae Chinensis and Herba Scutellariae Barbatae).One month constituted a course of treatment and 2 courses were given.After treatment,the short-term curstive effect,the relief of symptoms and adverse reaction were observed. Results:The short-term curative effect of both groups showed no significant differ- ence(P＞0.05),but the stable rate of both groups was significantly different(P＜0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms was 90% and 70% in treatment group and centrol group respectively(P＜0.05),and the incidence of adverse reaction was markedly lower in the treatment group.Conclusion:FJHHJ therapy associated with IT can improve the condition of illness,delay the progression of disease,relieve clinical symptoms,improve life quality and decrease the adverse reaction of PLC.
