神经电生理在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病检测中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、脑电图(EEG)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)诊断中的作用。方法本院使用MEB-9100型BAEP仪及ZN-7800型8导EEG仪,对36例HIE检查结果分析。结果BAEP正常6例(16.7%),异常30例(83.3%)。EEG正常2例(5.6%),异常34例(94.4%)。结论在新生儿期对HIE,脑功能的准确评估至关重要。其功能状态与BAEP及EEG关系密切。BAEP与EEG为临床诊断HIE提供了有价值的客观依据,BAEP能客观、直接地反映脑功能状态及损害程度,而常规的神经系统检查法和测听方法,在HIE中应用颇为困难,而BAEP检查敏感性高,影响因素小。Objective To explore the diagnosis effects of brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） and electroencephalography （EEG） in neonatal hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. Methods 36 neonates with hypoxic -ischemic encephalopathy were examined with instruments of MEB-9 100 BAEP and ZN -7 800 eight -lead EEG. The examination results of BAEP and EEG were analyzed. Results Among 36 cases with neonatal HIE, normal results of BAEP were found in 6 cases（16. 7% ） ;abnormal results in 30 cases （83.3%）. Normal EEG were 2 cases （5.6%） ,and abnormal EEG were 34 cases （94.4%）. Conclusion The proper estimate for brain function of neonates with HIE is very important. BAEP and EEG can supply valuable and objective means for dianosis of neonatal HIE. Especially, BAEP examination has the advantages of high sensitivity and stability. BA- EP and EEG are valuable in early diagnosis, prognosis and treatment guide of HIE.
