生物胶对牙周创区保护作用的动物实验研究

摘　　要：本文采用医用高分子透明敷料(生物胶)作为SD纯种大白鼠牙周创区的保护剂,与传统塞治剂作对比观察和病理学实验研究.结果表明其有明显的优越性,操作简便,粘固时间长,舒适,便于随时观察创区,可作为牙周塞治剂的替代材料.This study was designed to observe the Bio-gel's protective funtion for periodontal operation area. The authors used medical macromolecule transparent dressing (bio-gel) as protective material in periodontal operation area of the SD albino rat, and made pathological observations, compared with traditional periodontal packing material. The results showed that the Bio-gel was easier to apply, with longer adhesive time and more comfort. It was also easy to observe the opeartion area at any time. It indicated that Bio-gel could supersede the traditional periodontal packing material.
