摘  要:研究了等温淬火温度对等淬球铁中残余奥氏体及其力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:在试验的温度范围内(270~380℃),试样中残余奥氏体的含碳量(质量分数)及奥氏体百分含量(体积分数)随着等温淬火温度的升高先增大后减小,均在360℃等温淬火时,出现最大峰值;抗拉强度随着等温淬火温度的升高而逐渐降低;伸长率和冲击韧度随着等温淬火温度的升高先增大后减小,在360℃等温淬火时,出现最大峰值;硬度则随着等温淬火温度的升高先减小后增大,在360℃等温淬火时,硬度最低。The influence of isothermally-quenching temperature on the retained austenite in ADI and mechanical properties of ADI was investigated. The test results showed that both the retained austenite volume content and its carbon content increased at first, and then reduced with increasing of the iso-quenching temperature in the test temperature range of 270-380℃, and both of them had their maximum peak value at the iso-quenching temperature of 360℃; the tensile strength gradually decreased with increasing of the iso-quenching temperature; the elongation and impact toughness increased at first, and then decreased with increasing of the iso-quenching temperature, and both of them had their maximum peak value at the iso-quenching temperature of 360℃; the hardness decreased at first, and then increased with increasing of the iso-quenching temperature, and had its minimum value at the iso-quenching temperature of 360℃.
