摘　　要：中小企业对我国国民经济的发展起了很大的推动作用,而管理问题一直是困扰其发展的瓶颈,引入先进的ERP管理系统提升企业的管理水平,成为越来越多的中小企业的迫切需要。在研究模糊评价和AHP综合评判方法的基础上,为中小企业的ERP选型决策过程,提供了一套科学的决策方法。Small and medium-sized enterprises have played a role in impelling the development of China＇s national economy. However, their management has been a bottleneck which always blocks the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is the impending need of more and more small and medium-sized enterprises to introduce the advanced ERP management system in or- der to improve their management level. On the basis of studing fuzzy evaluation method and AHP integrated evaluation method, this thesis provides a set of scientific decision-making methods for small and medium-sized enterprises＇ ERP selecting and decision-making process.
