摘　　要：以人为本思想在社会各领域得到了广泛的认可,图书馆也不例外。探讨了高校图书馆在读者服务和馆员管理过程中如何体现人文关怀。The people-based concept has been approved by various fields of the society, and the library is no exception. This paper probes into how to externalize the humanistic concern in the courses of the service for readers and the management of librarians in the university library.
