摘　　要：文章归纳了企业知识资产的构成,并分析了影响知识资产在企业内部共享效率的宏观和微观层面因素,提出了企业知识资产内部共享的基本方案。In this paper, the authors concluded the composing of the knowledge assets of enterprise, analyzed the macro-and micro-factors which affected the efficient of knowledge assets intra-enterprise sharing, and proposed the fundamental solutions.
