人唾液CCL28与sIgA抗体分泌的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康人唾液中粘膜相关上皮趋化因子CCL28与sIgA抗体分泌的关系。方法:收集非刺激性全唾液,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量检测唾液中CCL28的含量。速率散射比浊方法定量检测唾液中sIgA的含量。结果:42例健康人唾液中所含CCL28的浓度平均值为(70.70±40.91)ng/ml,sIgA的浓度平均值为(113.86±54.90)mg/L,两者之间存在线性正相关关系(r=0.540)。结论:粘膜上皮趋化因子CCL28对唾液中sIgA的分泌起促进作用。Objective： To evaluate the correlation between the mucosal epithelial chemokine CCL28 and sIgA level in the saliva of healthy humans. Methods： Unstimulated whole saliva samples were collected. The CCL28 level was determined by ELISA. The salivary slgA was measured by rate nephelometry assay. Results： In saliva samples of 42 healthy human beings, the mean value of salivary CCL28 was 70.70 ± 40.91 ng/ml, and of salivary sIgA was 113.86 ±54.90 mg/L. A positive linear correlation was noted between CCL28 and sIgA in saliva （ r = 0.540）. Conclusion： The mucosal epithelial chemokine CCL28 can promote the secretion of sIgA in saliva.
