摘　　要：作为整合供应链服务的集成供应商,第四方物流能够对供应链进行优化和决策,提供一整套供应链解决方案,有效地提高物流效率,降低物流成本。第四方物流在国外已有成功的运作实践,我国需要运用这一创新模式来发展自身的现代物流产业。Be the integrated supplier that assembles the supply chain service, the Fourth Party Logistics can optimize the supply chain. It provides a comprehensive supply chain solution and makes the logistics more efficiently. The Fourth Party Logistics has been put into practice successfully in many foreign companies. In order to develop modem logistics industry, this innovation should be exploited in our country.
