摘  要:目的研究微量元素硒镉对荷人肺腺癌细胞裸鼠H1299细胞的协同影响作用。方法将H1299人肺腺癌细胞接种于BALB/C-nu/nu裸鼠,癌细胞成活后,分组分别每日腹腔注射同体积不同浓度的硒镉溶液,分别于第10、20天观察肺腺癌细胞的变化。结果腹腔注射镉组抑瘤率减小并变为负值,肺腺癌细胞的细胞凋亡率减小,且随着镉浓度的增加抑瘤率负值的绝对值逐渐加大,癌细胞的细胞凋亡率进一步减小;而腹腔注射硒组,抑瘤率和肺腺癌细胞的细胞凋亡率均增大,且硒的抑瘤率和肺腺癌细胞的细胞凋亡率均与腹腔注射硒的浓度成正相关。提示镉可促进肺腺癌细胞在体内的生长,而硒可明显抑制机体肺腺癌细胞的生长。Objective to study the Synergic effect of selenium and cadmium on human lung adenocarcinoma cell line H1299 in nude mice. Methods human lung adenocarcinoma cell line H1299 cultured in vitro was inoculated in BALB/C - nu/nu nude mice, then selenium and cadmium in different concentrations were injected into the abdomen of the nude mice respectively. Effects on the lung adenocarcinoma were observed after 10 and 20 days respectively. Results showed that average tumor inhibitory rates and the apoptosis of the lung adenocarcinoma were all decreased when the nude mice were treated with cadmium. Further more, the extent of the decrease was significant positive correlation with the concentrations of the cadmium be injected into the abdomen of the nude mice. However, when the nude mice were treated with selenium, it had a quite reverse result. Conclusion It is clearly suggested that cadmium could facilitate the development of the adenocarcinoma of the mice in vivo. Then, on the contrary, selenium could inhibit it effectively.
