摘  要:在自然光照的基础上,用0μw.cm-2(CK组)、10.0μw.cm-2(L组)和22.0μw.cm-2(H组)三种剂量的紫外线-B(UV-B,280-320nm)辐射处理银杏苗木,研究UV-B辐射对银杏活性氧代谢及膜系统的影响.实验结果表明:UV-B辐射组银杏叶片SOD、CAT、AP、LOX活性较对照组呈先升后降的变化,其ASA含量降低;UV-B辐射组银杏叶片POD活性,Pro、MDA、H2O2的含量,O2-.的产生速率及质膜相对透性较对照增加.综合本研究结果,UV-B辐射增强下银杏叶内活性氧产生量增加并逐渐积累,银杏虽启动了其抗氧化防御系统,但UV-B辐射最终仍导致银杏体内活性氧代谢失衡,对其细胞膜系统造成伤害,出现膜脂过氧化.In natural conditions, effects on active oxygen metabolism and membrane system of Ginkgo biloba treated with 0μw· cm^-2( CK), 10.0μw· cm^-2(L) and 22.0μw· cm^-2 (H) of UV - B radiation were studied. The results showed that,compared to control plants, the activities of SOD, CAT, AP and LOX in leaves of treated plants increased firstly, and then decreased ; ASA contents of treated plants were always lower than those of control plants ; UV-B radiation increased the activities of POD,the contents of Pro, MDA and H2O2, the productive rate of O2^- and the relative membrane permeability in Ginkgo biloba leaves. In a word , UV-B radiation induced the active oxygen accumulation in Ginkgo biloba leaves, though the antioxidative ability of Ginkgo biloba increased, the UV - B radiation broke the balance of the active oxygen metbolism, which damaged the membrane system and induced lipid peroxidation of Ginkgo biloba.
