产学研结合长效性分析与探索——基于高校与企业互动视角下的研究

摘　　要：本文站在高校与企业互动的视角,研究产学研结合长效性的理论与现实问题。本文通过“特征功效”的理论分析,认为产学研结合的本质是一系列要素合约的组合,存在着内在的稳定性和长效性。本文运用国内外产学研结合的现实发展逻辑加以印证,认为发达国家的现实经验与本文分析的理论逻辑能较好地吻合起来;我国产学研结合尚处于初始阶段,还需要内生性制度安排的构建与强化以及必要外生性制度安排的进一步完善,才有可能实现产学研结合的稳定与长效。At the point of view of the interaction between university and enterprise, we study hardly theoretical and realistic matters on the long-term cooperation between university and enterprise. By theoretical analysis from features to functions, we consider the na~_re of university-industry cooperation is compounding with a series of contracts, which is internally steady and long-term. And then, we, applying domestic and overseas experiences, prove strongly those of developed countries accord with theoretical logic described by this article, whereas our university-industry cooperation on the primary phase, need imminently internal institutions founding and strengthening and external ones improvement in order to realize long-term cooperation between university and enterprise.
