摘　　要：培养创新人才是新时期高等教育的重要使命,本科教育是实现这一目标的重要环节。以创建“研究型、综合型、创新型”的一流大学为目标的浙江大学,努力培养高质量的创新型复合人才,形成了创新人才理念,从培养目标、专业、课程、教学方法等方面探索创新人才培养模式、初步建立起具有特色的研究型大学创新人才教育教学体系。To cultivate new talents is an important task in the new era of higher education. And undergraduate education is an essential part of it. Zhejiang University, famous for its goal of establishing ＂researching, comprehensive, and innovating＂ university, has formed the concept of innovation talents, and researched into the mode of cultivation from its goal of cultivation, specialties, subjects, teaching method, which has established its own teaching system of cultivating researching talents.
