摘　　要：利用企业管理中的情感管理模式,分析了图书馆导入情感管理的内涵、意义,探讨了图书馆推行情感管理的方法和措施。By using the emotional management mode in the enterprise management, this paper analyzes on the connotation and significance of introducing the emotional management in the library, and probes into the methods and measures for promoting the emotional management in the library.
