摘　　要：介绍了高校院系办公室的职能作用,提出了高校院系办公室需要增强5种意识来做好教学服务工作。This paper introduces the functions of the department and college offices in university, and advances that the department and college offices in university need strengthening five kinds of consciousnesses for doing well the service for the teaching.
