摘 要:超声波电动机是以摩擦力作为驱动源的新型电动机。超声波电动机的摩擦必定会产生明显的非线性特征。从力学的角度分析产生非线性的原因:一是定子与转子之间基于摩擦的非线性接触,使得电机系统具有跳跃、滞后等特性;二是温度、磨损等导致电机材料特性和电机输出特性的变化。只有提高超声波电动机的线性度和稳定性,提高它的输出功率,延长其使用寿命,才能使它具有更卓越的特性和更广泛的应用。Ultrasonic motor (USM) is a new type motor which applies frictional force as the driving source. This paper expounds mechanism of friction and wear. It is sure to produce nonlinear properties that friction conduct of USM. This paper analyse cause that USM produce nonlinear from mechanics angle: Firstly nonlinearity due to the stator-rotor contact based on friction, make the USM system have jump and hysteresis; Secondly it leads up to change of material and motor output properties which temperature and wearing. Only raise linear character and stability of USM, and raise its output power, extend the life of USM, can make it has more brilliant properties, and wider applied realm.
