摘 要:目的:调查了解成都市社区护士的专业教育需求,为制定社区护士的培养规划提供参考。方法:问卷调查法,调查时间为2005年10月下旬至12月中旬。全部调查共发放问卷238份,有效回收率79.8%,采用SPSS11.5进行统计分析。结果:94.2%的社区护士认为有必要开设社区护理专业;84.1%的社区护士希望接受更高层次的学历教育;希望参加岗位培训者占82.6%;选择岗位培训时间最多为1月(29.5%)和1周(16.9%);51.6%的社区护士认为社区护理理论与实践宜交叉安排;选择全脱产、半脱产和不脱产培训的社区护士分别占47.5%(87人)、33.4%(61人)、19.1%(35人);希望采取讲授、实践、参观学习等多种学习方式和选择多种实践场所。结论:建立健全激励机制,支持和鼓励社区护士提高学历;采取全脱产和半脱产岗位培训方式,结合多种教学方式以及选择多种实践场所进行实践锻炼等途径,有利于改善社区护士的知识结构,提高业务能力,提升社区护理质量。Objectives Through learning about community nurses' need on specialty education, to supply some references for forinulating training plan to community nurse. Methods We surveyed 238 community nurses with the questionnaire from the last ten days of October to the middle ten days of December in 2005 and the rate of effective response was 79.8%. We analyzed the data with SPSS11.5. Results 94.2 % community nurses thought it was necessary to set up community nurse major. 84.1% community nurses hoped to receive higher diploma education. 82.6% community nurses hoped to receive position training. 29.5 % of them thought the period of training was one moth and 16.9% thought it should be one week. 51.6% community nurses thought that theory and practice of community nursing should be arranged across. The proportions of community nurses who chose being temporarily released from work, being temporarily released from work with half-time, spare- time training methods were 47.5% (87 persons), 33.4% (61persons) and 19.1% (35persons), respectively. They hoped that there were various study ways, such as teaching, practice and visiting, and so, and there were various places for practice. Conclusions Establishing and perfecting encouragement mechanism to support and encourage community nurses to improve their diploma. Being temporarily released from work, being temporarily released from work with half- time position training methods, various teaching methods and various places for practice are helpful to improving community nurses' knowledge structure, advancing their business ability and improving quality of community nursing.
