γ-连环素在大鼠舌部鳞状细胞癌癌变过程中的表达

摘　　要：[目的]研究γ-连环素在大鼠舌部鳞状细胞癌中的表达,探讨其在口腔鳞状细胞癌癌变过程中的作用.[方法]免疫组织化学方法检测48例不同分化程度大鼠舌部鳞状细胞癌中γ-连环素的表达.[结果]γ-连环素在大鼠舌黏膜癌变过程中均有表达,表达部位在细胞膜,γ-连环素的表达与大鼠舌黏膜癌变过程中的组织学分级不具有显著性差异(P>0.05).[结论]γ-连环素在大鼠舌黏膜癌变中具有一定作用.[ Objective] The role of gamma-eatenin in the carcinogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma （ OSCC ） has not yet been elucidated. We investigated its expressions in OSCC, probing its role during the course of OSCC carcinogenesis. [ Methods ] Surgical specimens from 48 OSCC rats were examined for gamma-catenin expression by the method of immunohistochemical staining. [ Results] During the carcinogensis of rat tongue almost all the cases showed membrane expressions of gamma-catenin. Gammacatenin showed no significant difference with the grades of OSCC carcinogenesis in rats. [ Conclusions ] The results suggested that gamma-catenin play an important role during the course of OSCC carcinogenesis.
