摘　　要：文章分析了供应链系统中风险的类型,供应链系统应对风险的过程,提出了构建以"弹性策略"和"鲁棒性策略"为核心的供应链系统应急策略体系,建立了包括供应链风险可能造成危害的强度、风险发生的概率、采用供应链系统应急策略可能带来的收益与成本的供应链系统应急策略模型。With the analysis of the types of risks in supply chain systems, and the process by which the system responds to supply chain risks, a framework of constructing a strategy system on the basis of ＂resilient＂ and ＂robust＂ supply chain strategies is put forward in this paper. At last an emergency strategy model is discussed, which deals with the intensity and probability of the supply chain risks, the income and the cost occurred with the emergency strategies by the system.
