摘　　要：本文对一步法乙烯氧化生产乙醛装置提高生产能力的可行性进行了探讨．提出改变系统压力、提高反应转化率、降低循环气量的措施以提高生产能力，并对提高生产能力后的反应系统作了物料衡算．The feasibility study is carried out on improving the productivity of acetaldehyde production device with one-step ethylene oxidation method, bringing forth some measures of changing the system pressure,raising the rate of reaction transformation and reducing the flux of circulating gas to raise the productivity. The calculation of material balance is presented for the system with improved productivity.
