适合秦皇岛市光明扶贫行动的小切口白内障摘除术

摘　　要：目的通过比较小切口非超乳白内障囊外摘除术与现代白内障囊外摘除术(ECCE),探讨适合秦皇岛市光明扶贫行动中小切口非超乳白内障囊外摘除手术的机理、术式及效果。方法回顾性分析180例(205眼)老年性白内障行小切口非超乳白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术的视力、散光、并发症、患者满意度。结果小切口非超乳白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术组和现代白内障囊外摘除术(ECCE)组比较,在视力、散光、并发症、患者满意度、手术成本明显优于后者。结论小切口非超乳白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术是适合秦皇岛市光明扶贫行动中贫困白内障患者的复明手术方法。Objective To study the mechanism,operation model,and the effect of non-phacoemulsification small incision extracapsular cataract extraction（ ECCE ） which is suitable to GuangMing Helping Poverty Action of Qinhuangdao city, by the way of comparing non-phacoemulsification small incision ECCE with the modem ECCE.Metheds Eyesight, astigmatism, complications,the patients＇satisfaction were reviewed fi＇om 180cases （205eyes）aged cataract patients who were performed non-phacoemulsification small incision ECCE and manual crystal planted. Results Non-phacoemulsification small incision ECCE and manual crystal planted group were prior to the later dramatically on the eyesight, astigmatism, complications, the patients＇ satisfaction and the operative costs. Conclusion Non phacoemulsification small incision ECCE is beneficial to the poverty cataract patients on GuangMing Helping Poverty Action of Qinhuangdao city.
