书画治疗对精神分裂症住院患者生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨书画治疗对精神分裂症住院患者的生活质量的影响。方法:将精神分裂症住院患者分成书画治疗组和常规精神科治疗组,分别为24例和42例。书画治疗组除精神科常规治疗外给予8周书画治疗,用GQO-LI-74评定两组患者的生活质量。结果:经书画治疗8周后,患者在除住房、社区服务、生活环境和经济状况外的其他16个因子分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能三个维度分和总分上,均明显高于书画治疗前(P<0.01);在8周后与常规精神科治疗组比较,除住房、社区服务、生活环境、经济状况4个因子分及物质生活状态维度分外,其他各项得分均高于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:书画治疗有利于精神分裂症住院患者的生活质量的提高。Objective To explore the influence of quality of life for schizophrenic inpatients with painting and drawing therapy. Methods 68 schizophrenic inpatients were divided into 2 groups as painting and drawing therapy group and control group. All patients were administered by GQOLI-74 before treatment. 24 patients in painting and drawing therapy group were accept painting and drawing therapy and antipsychotic drugs treatment. 42 patients in control only use antipsychotic drugs. After 8 weeks, all patients were measured by GQOLI-74 again. Results The results showed the scores of 16 of 20 factors （except factor 1 to 4 ） and 3 dimensions in painting and drawing therapy group increased very significantly after 8 week＇s treatment（P 〈 0. 01 ）. The scores of 17 of 20 factors （ except factor 1, factor 2 and factor 4 ） and 3 dimensions in painting and drawing therapy group were significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Painting and drawing therapy is more useful for the quality of life of schizophrenic inpatients.
