摘 要:晚清三十年间掀起的三次大规模留学浪潮,虽然原因、特点各异,但都为中国教育改革、尤其是高等教育的发展做出了贡献。During the late thirty years of Qing Dynasty, the three tidal waves of studying abroad education were not only the result of the efforts of some people such as RONG Hong, ZENG Guo--fang and ZHANG Zhi-dong, but also the result of the situation. First, China must study other countries who have invaded her. Secondly, number of columns established corresponding policy one after another to attract Chinese students in order to scramble the go--aheadism of controlling Chinese culture. The education of studying abroad was development passively. Studying abroad education in late Qing Dynasty had produced many effects on China education.
