摘　　要：一、前言 工厂质量体系审查是工厂通过各种体系认证、产品认证的必要环节，审查的客观公正是保证审查质量的重要前提，只有客观公正的审查才能保证认证的有效性，从而保证产品和服务质量，给消费者提供放心的产品和服务；保证安全的生产条件。ISO9000标准对有效性有明确定义，有效性是指完成策划的活动和达到策划结果的程度。Factory quality ensure system inspection is an important step for obtaining system certification and product certification, certification is an important method to ensure the quality of product, service and produce safety. Impersonality and equity of factory inspection has played an important role in ensuring quality of inspection, then ensure the validity of certification, but there is still unsatisfactory question of factory inspection. In this paper, I explore the actions between the three action bodies from the view of game theory, and build the game model between the factory inspector and the factory, and the game model among the certification body, factory inspector, and factory.Based on the analysis of the answer to the equilibrium model, I show the pokey suggestion of perfecting the factory inspection institution and improving the validity of certification.
