摘　　要：本文介绍了焊接电弧微机模糊控制的原理和方法，设计了该系统的硬件和软件，并进行了TIG焊接试验。结果表明：该系统不仅对焊接参数变化的适应能力强，而且其动态过程快、平稳性好，电弧燃烧稳定，取得了良好的控制效果。In this paper the principle and procedure of microcomputer fuzzy control of welding arc are introduced. Thesystem hard and software are designed. The TIG welding experiment is performed. The tests show that the good control resultcan be obtained. The system is adapted especially to the varying of welding conditions and its dynamic characteristics aremarkedly improved. The combustion of welding are keeps steady.
