P57^(KIP2)在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究P57(KIP2)在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测10例结节性甲状腺肿、12例甲状腺腺瘤、43例甲状腺乳头状癌中P57(KIP2)的表达情况,并进一步分析其与临床病理因素间关系。结果:P57(KIP2)蛋白在结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤中均呈高表达(为100%),与其在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达(为44.2%)差异有显著性(P<0.01)。P57(KIP2)蛋白的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的有否淋巴结转移、有无包膜外侵犯有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺乳头状癌组织P57(KIP2)蛋白表达下降,其在甲状腺乳头状癌发生、发展充当了重要角色,可以作为判断其恶性程度、是否易于淋巴结转移,包膜外侵犯等的标志物。Objective：To explore the expression of P57^（KIP2） in thyroid papillary carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods：P57^（KIP2） expression in 10 nodular goiters, 12 thyroid adenomas and 43 thyroid papillary carcinoma were detected with s-p immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between P57^（KIP2） expression and clinicopathological characteristics were further analyzed. Results：The expression frequency of P57^（KIP2） in nodular goitres and thyroid adenomas reached almost 100%, which was obviously higher than that in thyroid papillary carcinomas（44.2%）. And the study about the relationship between P57^（KIP2） expression and clinical pathological characteristics indicated that the expression of P57^（KIP2） in thyroid papillary carcinoma was related with lymph node metastasis and outer envelope invasion （P〈0.05）, but not with patient＇s age, carcinoma size and clinical stages,（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The downregulation of P57^（KIP2） protein in thyroid tissue removes its function of negative regulators of cell proliferation.P57^（KIP2） take part in the carcinogenesis and development of thyroid papillary carcinoma. The decreased expression of P57^（KIP2） protein can act as an important marker to judge the malignant degree, lymph node metastasis and outer envelope invasion of thyroid carcinoma.
