摘　　要：十多年来我国城镇职工医疗保险制度改革取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但仍存在医疗保险覆盖人群有限、医疗卫生体制改革不到位、政府投入不足等问题。进一步完善和发展我国城镇职工医疗保险制度,必须强化政府在社会医疗保障中的职责,逐步扩大医疗保险覆盖范围,积极发展商业健康保险。The urban employee healthcare system reform has achieved eye-catching results in the past decade. However, the new system has such problems as limited social coverage, inadequate reform of the health and medical system and insufficient government input. This paper suggests that, to further improve and develop the urban employee healthcare insurance system, we should strengthening government＇s role in social healthcare protection, expand healthcare insurance coverage step by step, and proactively develop commercial health insurance business.
