摘 要:营销人员频繁流动,成为制约我国保险业健康、持续发展的一大瓶颈。造成保险业人员流失的组织因素有行业特点、工作性质、营销体制、增员模式、激励机制等。为提升保险营销人员定着率,保险公司应转变增长方式,创新开发新产品;改变过分依赖营销人员的增加开展业务的状况;加强代理人甄选,制定先进的人才战略;积极促进营销人员与保险公司的相互信任。High turnover of insurance agents has become a bottleneck problem affecting healthy and consistent development of China's insurance industry. Major factors affecting agent turnover are characteristics of the sector itself, distribution mechanism, nature of the job, recruiting model, and incentive scheme, etc. To improve the stickiness of agents, insurance companies should change their growth model, innovate on products, change the situation of overdependence on agents for business expansion, strengthen recruiting, apply effective HR strategy, and proactively increase mutual trust between insurance companies and their agents.
