摘　　要：简述了如何应用量化风险分析法对轻型平台的风险进行更为确切、客观和全面的认识.在此基础上,列学了一些轻型平台在国外的成功应用并举例介绍了在设计和应用费用效益分析方法时的一些作法,最后作者指出了开发和应用轻型平台时应注意的一些问题.This article briefly discusses how to cognize and evaluate the risk of light platform by using the quantitive risk analysis method. Based on this,some successful applications and experiences of light platform at abroad as well as the design aspects and cost benifit analysis practice are introduced in this paper. In conclusion, some points which have to be emphasizedin the development and application of light platform are pointed out by the author.
