p53和c-erbB-2在胃癌中的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究胃癌中p53、c-erbB-2的表达及意义,探讨二者在胃癌中表达的相关性。方法:采用SP免疫组化法观察80例胃癌和20例慢性浅表性胃炎石蜡标本中p53蛋白和c-erbB-2蛋白的表达情况。结果:胃癌中p53蛋白阳性率(52．5％)明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎(10%)(P<0．05);c-erbB-2蛋白在胃癌中的阳性率(71．3％)明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎(20．0％)(P<0．05);胃癌中p53和c-erbB-2蛋白表达之间呈明显的相关性(P <0．05)。结论:p53和c-erbB-2协同作用参与了胃癌的发生发展。Objective：To investigate the significance of the expression of p53,c-erbB-2 and their relation-ships in human gastric cancer（GC）. Methods：SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p53 and c-erbB-2 in 80 GC and 20 chronic superficial gastritis （CSG） paraffin-embedded specimens. Results： The positive rate of p53 protein was significantly higher in GC （52.5%） than that in CSG （10%） （P〈0.05）; the positive rate of c-erbB-2 protein was significantly higher in GC （71.3%） than that in CSG （20.0%） （P〈0.05）; the expression of p53 and c-erbB-2 in GC had significant relationships （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：p53 and c-erbB-2 have synergistic effects in the development of GC.
