摘  要:机械开关技术是电力系统进一步向用户提供高质量电能的瓶颈,为此,在介绍混合式转换开关的工作原理及其动作过程的基础上,重点介绍了其中关键的换流电路,包括缓冲电路、吸收电路及放电复位电路的设计及相关参数的计算。仿真及样机实验的结果表明:混合式转换开关比传统机械式转换开关特性更好:快速导通,快速分断及限压等,故混合式技术在转换开关的设计与应用中具有重要的意义与广阔前景。Electrical distribution systems often use transfer switches to automatically select power from utility sources and emergency sources, with mechanical switches, the whole transferring time ranges from 6 to 36 cycles, and it is too slow for some sensitive load to tolerance. In these years, a new type transfer switch has been put forward a hybrid transfer switch which combines the solid state switches and the mechanical switches. This paper introduces the operating principle and its working process of hybrid transfer switch, based on which the commutation circuit is introduced. The design and calculation of the snubber circuit, absorbing circuit and reset circuit is presented. Through simulations and experiments, the results indicate that hybrid transfer switch has more good characteristics than traditional mechanical transfer switch, such as rapid-access characteristics, rapid switch-off characteristics and limiting voltage characteristics. Thus, hybrid switch technology in the transfer switch's design and application is of great significance and prospects.
