摘　　要：针对在知识经济时代和高等教育大众化背景下,高校规模逐步扩大、管理层次进一步增加、管理难度不断加大的现状,阐述了加强高校管理队伍专业化的理论和实践研究的必要性,得到了只有通过不断提高管理人员专业水平,最终实现管理队伍专业化,才能有效提高高等学校的管理水平和办学效益。With the increase of the scale of university the management becomes more difficult and complex. So it is extremely important to reinforce the theory and practice study on the specialized construction of administrative staffs in university, which can eventually raise the Chinese higher education career and management level as well as educational benefit.
