摘　　要：从分析读者对知识的需求出发,正确应对读者需求的变化,改进传统服务模式,探索新的服务模式,运用新技术对馆藏进行智能监控,优化馆藏,使馆藏资源配置合理,读者需求得以实现。Beginning with the analysis of readers＇ needs, this paper puts forward that to realize the readers need from the following aspects as correctly answering up to the variation of readers ＇ needs, improving the traditional service model, exploring new service model and using new technology to intelligently monitor, optimize and reasonably allocate the book collection.
