摘　　要：公安院校担负着为国家培养高精尖公安人才的崇高使命和历史责任。公安院校的学生思想政治工作,除了具有其它高校学生思想政治工作相同的性质和特点外,还有与其截然不同的特殊性和重要性。因为它是公安院校学生从事人民警察工作前进行思想道德教育,提高政治思想觉悟的十分重要的环节。根据公安部的有关文件精神,公安院校要努力建设一支具有马克思主义理论素养,政治坚定、业务精湛、作风过硬、专兼结合、结构合理的高素质的思想政治工作队伍,这就要求公安院校学生思想政治工作者(主要是学生管理干部)要从实际出发,认清形势,不断提高自身素质,为公安战线输送更多“政治过硬,业务精湛”的优秀人才。Public security institutions charged with the mission and historical responsibility of training high tech talents of public security for the country.
