摘  要:油田注水站内使用变频驱动往复式柱塞泵和恒速多级离心泵并联运行,讨论了并联注水泵群的特性。在满足外界流量变化的需求和优化运行的约束条件下,建立了以注水效率最大为目标函数的优化调度数学模型;给出并证明了获得目标函数最优值的外界流量范围,为提高优化模型的求解速度、合理设计注水泵群的流量分配提供了理论依据。提出减少注水泵的切换次数和实时跟踪泵组性能特性的自适应控制策略,以满足工程的实际需求。编制软件对某油田注水泵站进行优化调度,其中采用混合遗传算法求解数学模型,证实了此方法的有效性。This paper presented a mathematical model for the efficiency optimal operation of pum- ping stations with reciprocating plunger pumps and centrifugal multilevel pumps connected in parallel, which meet water supply press of station and high-efficiency area of pumps. To get the optimal objective solution, the overall flux range of it is proposed and proved, which provided the theoretical foundations of improving the solution speed and designing the flux assignment of pumps properly. The adaptive control strategy of reducing the switching number of pumps and tracking the characteristic of pumps is thereby proposed to meet the need of oilfield. The software, which used hybrid genetic algorithm to determine the model, is applied for optimal'control of pumping station in certain oilfield. It is proved that this method is feasible and efficient.
