摘　　要：目的探讨下颌骨骨折的治疗方法。方法对42例下颌骨骨折患者的临床资料进行分析。结果(1)非手术治疗的7例患者在颌间栓丝固定治疗过程中对全身情况影响较大,其中3例出现咬合关系紊乱或面颌畸形;(2)采用手术治疗的35例患者中,钢丝内固定的12例患者术后有4例出现咬合关系紊乱,钛板坚强内固定的23例患者有1例术后二期手术取出钛板,咬合关系及面部外形恢复均较满意。结论坚强内固定是目前治疗下颌骨骨折的一种较好的内固定方法。Objective To discuss the treatments for mandible fracture. Metholds An analysis was made to the clinical data of 42 cases with mandible fracture. Results The systemic health of 7 non-surgery cases was infected during the intermaxillary ligation and 3 of them had deformity of maxillofacial region or disorder of occlusion. 35 cases received surgical treatment, out of the 12 cases with internal steel-wire fixation ,4 cases had disorder of occlusion. Out of the 23 cases with internal rigid fixation of titanium mini plates, 1 case received secondary operation to remove the plates, occlusion and facial contour showesd out better effect. Conclusions Internal rigid fixation is a better treatment for mandible fracture.
