甘草酸二铵镇咳作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立咳嗽的记录方法并观察甘草酸二铵的镇咳作用。方法:以氨水引咳建立动物咳嗽模型筛选合格小鼠,选取40只随机分成4组,分别腹腔注射NS、0.0625%、0.125%、0.25%甘草酸二铵溶液,20min后,氨水引咳,记录3min内咳嗽次数。结果:甘草酸二铵各组小鼠咳嗽次数较生理盐水组明显减少(P≤0.01),甘草酸二铵各组组间比较均具有明显差异(P≤0.01)。结论:甘草酸二铵具有明显的镇咳作用。Objective： To found the record device forcough and to observe the antitussive function of Diammonii glycyrrizinatis. Methods： 40 qualified mice were choosed and divided into four set at radom , then were i. p NS. 0. 0625%.0. 125%.0. 25% Diammonium Glycyrrhizinatis solution respectively. Afer 20 min, the cough of the mice was induced by ammonia aerosol and the number of cough during three minute was recorded by a medlab system. Results： The number of cough in mice of every Diammonium Glycyrrhizinat group is lower than that of the model control group （P≤0. 01）, the number of cough in mice of every set has the obvious difference comparatively （P≤0. 01）. Conclusion： The Diammonium Glycyrrhizinatis has the obvious antitussive function.
