摘　　要：随着世博会规模扩大,人们逐渐认识到世博会对城市发展产生的巨大影响,将后续利用计划纳入世博会园区规划已成为主流趋势,世博园区后续利用的成功与否也成为衡量世博会是否成功的要素。本文结合世博会发展历程及世博园区后续利用实践,总结出世博会发展的不同阶段园区后续利用的特点,以期作为2010年中国上海世博会后续利用之借鉴。The expansion of the EXPO has drawn people＇ s attention to the fact that it has greatly affected the urban development, leading to a tendency of taking up the follow-up utilization of the park when planned, while the follow-up utilization of the park would be considered as one of the standards to evaluate the success of the EXPO. The present thesis is aimed at analyzing the follow-up utilization features in different development phases based on the World Expo history and follow-up utilization practice in the hope of providing reference for Shanghai World Expo in 2010.
