摘　　要：节能住宅推广过程中,开发商作为政策执行者也是最直接的推动者,扮演着发动机的角色,而这台发动机的燃料则来自于政府和消费者,三者共同构成了节能住宅推广的动力系统。政府恰当的政策措施和开发商的营销策略将使这一系统动力倍增。Developers, as executive and the most direct originator, play the engine role in the advancing of sustainable building, and their fuel comes from government and customers. These three parties together make up the drive system of the advancing of sustainable building, appropriate government policy and marketing strategy of the developers are going to multiple the power from this system.
