摘　　要：物流金融是基于物流供应链中的供应商、终端用户、金融机构和物流企业等各方面的共同需要所产生和发展的。物流金融的产生和发展离不开金融机构,同时也给现代金融业带来了前所未有的机遇。目前,物流金融在国内处于萌芽时期,需要各方共同努力以实现多方的共赢。本文从金融对物流业发展的作用出发阐述了两者的相互作用,针对我国物流业发展中的问题提出了相应的对策。The emerges and development of logistics finance is the common needs for the suppliers,terminal users,financial institutions and logistics firms in logistics supply chain.It is not depart from the financial institutions,then takes an unprecedented opportunity for modern finance.Now,logistics finance which is in the embryonic stage in China needs everybody to make joint efforts in order to realize the common gains.The paper argues two parties interaction from the action that finance effects the development of logistics,then studies relevant measures based on the questions in China logistics developing, and advances the concept about logistics finance.
