论我国学科馆员的教育

摘　　要：我国学科馆员自实施以来存在不少问题:人数少、素质良莠不齐、一人不能完成所负责学科的所有工作等。这些现象大都源于我国图书馆学教育,教育体制设置的不合理使我国的图书馆学校不能培养出合格的学科馆员来。参考国外图书馆学成熟经验,探讨适合我国的图书馆学教育体系,应成为我国图书馆同仁共同努力的方向。Since the implementation of discipline librarians in China, there have appeared many problems： fewer discipline librarians, uneven in quality standard, a person cannot complete the work for all disciplines. These phenomena are derived from my library school education, the educational system set up unreasonable not to my library school to train qualified academic staff. Study abroad reference library mature experience, explore the library for our school education system, should become my colleagues to work together in the direction of the Library.
