摘  要:在地下工程施工中,为保障施工安全,很有必要开展超前地质探测,但由于地质体的复杂性,要准确达到预报要求难度很大。针对目前超前地质探测中常用的钻孔探测法,通过对钻机钻孔过程中的冲击力、推进力、转矩等多个参数进行监测,并用多传感器数据融合技术处理传感器提供的信息,弥补了单纯使用钻机钻进速度单一参数的不足,从而提高钻机实时超前地质探测的预报精度和预报效率。工程试验验证了该方法的合理性,达到了提前预警减少漏报误报的目的。In underground construction, to ensure the engineering safety, it is very necessary to carry out the advanced geological exploration. However, it is very difficult to obtain an accurate prediction due to the complexity of geological body. In the research of drilling that is commonly used at present in the advanced geological exploration, monitoring on the parameters such as impact force, propulsion force, torque, etc. , was made in combination with the sensor information treated by multi-sensor data fusion technique, which has eliminated the deficiency of using only the single parameter of penetration speed and thus improved the prediction accuracy and efficiency of the drilling in real time advanced geological exploration. The method has been proven rational and can achieve the aim of reducing the emission or error in pre-alarming.
