摘 要:采用SDS-PAGE,浓缩胶浓度为5%,分离胶浓度为12%,对2种新品种玉米——强盛49和奥玉3101的贮藏蛋白亚基进行了电泳分析,并对组成2种玉米贮藏蛋白的各亚基的分子量和含量进行了分析。结果表明,分离胶浓度为12%的电泳图谱最佳。2种玉米蛋白的亚基组成相同,都含有14个亚基,二者分子量分布范围也接近,但是亚基含量差别较大,尤其是亚基13差别最为显著。在玉米蛋白的亚基组成中,以低分子量亚基为主,玉米蛋白亚基分子质量范围约为1.0×104~8.0×104Da。The experiment in the investigation of two kinds of maize's storage protein subunits with sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrlamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) was conducted.The results showed that the resolving effect of maize's storage protein subunits could be greatly affected by the concentrations change of resolving gel.And the good resolving effect of almond storage protein subunits could be obtained when the resolving gel concentration was 12%.Furthermore,the results showed that the two kinds of maizes contained 14 subunits and the molecular weight of maize's storage protein subunits were about 1,0× 10^4- 8.0× 10^4 Da.The percent of 13th suburfit is very different in Qiangsheng 49 and Aoyu 3101.
