摘 要:以工业芴和丙烯腈为起始原料,在相转移催化剂CTAB(溴化十六烷基三甲胺)催化下合成了9,9-二丙腈芴。通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、质谱(MS)等分析手段对丙腈芴的结构进行表征,由差示扫描量热分析(DSC)测得其熔程为116.6—119.0℃,并系统地研究了反应温度、反应原料配比、反应时间、催化剂CTAB和NaOH的用量诸因素对产品收率及产品质量的影响,得出了最佳反应条件。9,9-Biscyanpropyl fluorene was synthesized with fluorene and propenenitrile as the initiation materials by the phase transition catalyst CTAB. The structure of the compound was characterized by means of IR, 1^H NMR and MS. The thermal analyse by DSC showed its melting point was 116.6-119.0 ℃ and it was very pure . The factors on field such as reaction temperature, reaction molal ratio, reaction time, amounts of catalyst CTAB and oxyhydrogen sodium had been studied, and the best conditions were found out.
