两歧双歧杆菌对鼠伤寒沙门菌感染小鼠TNF-α水平的影响

摘  要:目的以鼠伤寒沙门菌(Salmonella typhimurium,STM)感染小鼠为模型,研究两歧双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterim bifidum,B.bifidum)对STM感染小鼠TNF-α水平的影响。方法先用硫酸链霉素给正常小鼠灌胃2d,出现菌群失调症状,再通过STM灌胃感染小鼠,使用两歧双歧杆菌液干预治疗STM感染小鼠,检测不同治疗时间各组小鼠肝脾指数、血及脾中TNF-α的含量。结果随着治疗天数的增加,STM感染各组与正常组小鼠体内血及脾中TNF-α的含量均有明显差异;STM感染各组中,未干预组、生理盐水组及双歧杆菌组脾中TNF-α的含量有显著变化;其中,双歧杆菌组的TNF-α水平明显升高。结论两岐双歧杆菌对STM感染机体的TNF-α分泌有一定促进作用。[Objective] To study the influence of bitidobacteria on TNF-α level of salmonella typhimurium (STM) inflected mice. [Methods] At first, normal mice was given orally by SM (qd×2 d), and the dysbacteriosis were caused in them, and then they were given orally by STM, experimental salmonellosis models of mice were formed. After that, these salmonellosis models were treated by bifidobacterium. Furthermore, the index numbers of liver and spleen were detected respectively and the content of TNF-α in blood or in spleen were detected respectively. [Result] There were no changes of the index number of liver and spleen among model groups (P 〉0.05); the content of TNF-α in blood and spleen in model groups are higher than in normal group; there were no changes of content of TNF-α in blood among model groups (P 〉0.05); there were changes of content of TNF-α in spleen among model groups (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Bitidobactefium could elevate the secretion level of TNF-α of experimental salmonellosis in mice.
