摘　　要：文章提出了一种知识管理的体系结构,该体系结构包括核心层、使能层和支撑体系层,进而分析了体系结构中的各组成部分及其主要内容。该体系结构将为企业如何实现知识管理提供理论依据。This paper puts forward a system framework of knowledge management, it comprises core layer, enabler layer and infrastructure layer, and specific components of every layer have been comprehensively analyzed. This system framework will directs enterprise how to build knowledge management system, and is the abstractly foundation of enterprise realizing knowledge management.
