S-100蛋白和血清白蛋白水平与缺血性脑卒中关系的预后

摘　　要：【目的】研究血清S-100蛋白和血清白蛋白水平与缺血性脑卒中预后的相关性。【方法】采用ELISA方法检测血清S-100蛋白的含量,用溴甲酚绿法检测血清白蛋白水平。【结果】缺血性脑卒中各组患者血清S-100蛋白水平与正常对照组1d,3d,7d,14d比较,差异有显著性,各组间比较其与神经功能缺损的严重程度成正比。而血清白蛋白水平与神经功能缺损程度成反比。【结论】血清S-100蛋白和血清白蛋白水平与缺血性脑卒中预后明显相关,S-100蛋白可作为衡量急性缺血性脑卒中患者病情严重程度及预后的一个临床指标;血清白蛋白水平较高可降低急性缺血性脑卒中患者不良后果的危险性,是衡量其预后的另一指标。[Objective]To study the correlation of the level of serum S-100 protein and albumen in serum and the prognosis of ischemic brain stroke. [Methods]With the ELISA method, the S-100 protein was detected, and using the Bromocresol Green method, serum albumen of ischemic brain stroke group and control group was measured. [Results]There was significant difference of the level of serum S-100 protein of ischemic brain stroke group comparing with control group at 1-day,3-day,7-day and 14-day after ischemic brain stroke onset, and there was direct ratio between the serum S-100 protein and neurologic impairment, but inverse ratio between the serum-albumin and neurologic impairment. [Conclusion]There is obvious correlation among the level of serum S-100 protein and serum-albumin and the prognosis of ischemic brain stoke, S-100 protein can be a clinical index to measure the danger and prognosis of the ischemic brain stroke. Serum-albumin is another clinical index of the prognosis for the acute ischemic brain stroke patient.
