摘　　要：实验中心是进行实验教学,服务科研,创新教育,教学管理并重的教学单位,本文从实验室管理者的角度,结合作者自身的经历,对实验室主任应具备的开拓创新、科学管理、人格魅力等方面素质阐述了自己的体会与观点。Laboratory centre is a teaching unit to carry out experimental teaching, science and research service, innovation education and both teaching and management. From the view of a laboratory manager, based on the own experience, this article expounded that a laboratory director should have some qualities such as pioneering, scientific management and personal charisma.
