摘　　要：合作学习是指让学生在小组中进行一系列学习活动,并达成其共同目标的一种教学理论和策略。这种策略能够很好地激发学生的内在能动性,现已成为西方最重要的课堂教学组织形式之一。国内外许多学者针对合作学习,特别是外语合作学习在理论和实践方面进行了一系列研究,普遍认为这是一种大有前途的课堂教学组织形式。大学英语教师应在具体教学实践中将合作学习法加以完善。Cooperative learning refers to a kind of teaching theory and strategy, which is a learner - centered, task - based approach. This kind of approach can promote the motility of the students and has been the most important form of class organizing in the west. In China, many experts and scholars believe that cooperative learning is a promising form of class organizing through a lot of studies and researches. College teachers should apply the idea into their practice in class perfectly.
